Rules & Regulations

  1. All visitors & guests (21 and over) are required to register at the office before entering the property during standard office hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA — i.e., beer bottles, liquor bottles, pickle/salsa jars, etc. Doing so will result in being banned from the campground!
  3. No Dogs or Pets are permitted in the pool area or chained to the fence. All pets must be under the control of the owner and must be on a leash (and on your hand) when being walked in the common areas. Aggressive animals are not allowed on the property. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET. Unattended dogs tend to get lonely and bark, disturbing other guests — please be mindful of this.
  4. Tenters are to park vehicles in designated areas — NOT in tenting area.
  5. Speed Limit on the private roads leading to the campsites is 5 MPH depending upon road conditions, and the Campsite User(s) shall observe all traffic control signs and shall not recklessly operate their vehicles. Vehicles must be operated on paved roadways. Electric golf carts are permitted (if evidence of insurance is provided to the Camp Operator).
  6. Smoking is not permitted in any campground building, rental, or while in the pool. Ashtrays must be used around the pool area, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly throughout the campground.
  7. Any disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. This includes vulgar language, excessive drinking, violent/abusive actions, and vandalism. Quiet time is 1:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Any behavior deemed violent or overly offensive will result in immediate removal from the property and loss of membership.
  8. No public sex.
  9. NO Swimming in Pond — boating and fishing during day light hours are permitted.
  10. Unattended fires are not permitted.
  11. NO dumping grey water.
  12. NO illegal drugs PERMITTED!
